​We welcome D Of E expeditions onto the site. The site is visited regularly by schools from all across the country.

​Students and leaders are £10.00 per night

We accept students on to site all week for most of the season with the exception of all Bank Holiday weekends 

(inc Bank Holiday Sundays) and Friday and Saturday evenings during May, June, July, and August.

Because of our location close to the start of Lathkill Dale and the challenging walks that lead out in all directions from the site we are an ideal place for students to camp. We also provide free hot showers, hot water for washing up, and clean well-stocked toilet facilities.

We will start taking small groups of DofE students throughout the summer weekends in 2021, however, there will be an additional charge.
